And now...the ICE. The ICE. ***DEEEP BREATH*** Part 1... My Kenwood Excelon DDX794 was not kind to me. It was slow. Had trouble reading my iPod 160gb Classic. So, I built a car PC setup again. I had one back in 2006 in my 2005 Silverado, and it was GREAT. So, this go-round I changed up the computer setup. I have an Intel NUC 6CAYS. I upgraded the RAM to 8gb and the ssd to 500gb. Loaded about 10k MP3s on to it. Then...for the love of me...took over 2 years before I installed it into my truck. Why? Because I couldnt get the video of the PC to work with the Kenwood head unit. So...I ordered a 10.1" screen from Wish for like...$45. LMAO. Came in. worked. I put it on the front of my console where the 6 Disc factory changer was, as well as the clock and lil pocket. Fits like a GLOVE. HDMI from PC to Monitor, and BT from PC to HU for audio. I also bought a lil wireless keyboard with touchpad. Works great.
