As far as coming through the firewall I chose to drill near the steering column(making sure there was no chance for obstruction).  There are nice places along the sides to route the cable all the way to the trunk. I did an 00 galant wire run not too long ago. It really is relatively easy and obvious once you get into it.Xeleventybillion on the no need for HU kit part.</blockquote>
