2 12's or 1 15

First of all I tried searching, the words are to short.

Ok I have about 5 cubic I can use for a box, should I go with two 12's or one 15 for SPL, I'd like to go with Brahma's, how much of a difference would the 15 with a Brutus 1500W be from 2 12's with Brutus 1000W? I'm leaning towards the 15 setup cause its less expensive to run one sub then two. How much of a difference in SPL am I looking at? Either way I'm looking to beat two 12W7's sealed with a 1000/1 JL per sub.... Competition amoung friends, any advice.

Thats going to be tough to beat. One 15 won't beat two 13W7's, if you want to win you'll want at least two fifteens and they're gonna have to be sweet subs. But I guess the brahma's are sweet. Good luck.
