Message: <blockquote data-quote="1hawaii50" data-source="post: 6669510" data-attributes="member: 593962"><p>I put a new H/U in my 99 Taurus.  The kit should have a 17-20 foot wiring harness running from the trunk amp up to the head unit.  You DO NOT have to manually hook up the heater controls.  You should have plugs/harnesses for all of that if you have the right kit.  I got mine from Crutchfield, and all the harnesses were included, along with a new oval dash faceplate.</p></blockquote><p></p>
