I was trying to figure out a way to attach the two pieces together accurately. Since they are molds of the sill if it's off by a bit the sill won't fit over it. So with the sill on over the pods I used hot glue and some dowel rods to glue as much of the two halves together as I could. This way the sill could be taken off with the pod attached in the right position. Then I fleeced the sides with hot glue and glassed them.
