Any part of the car that has irregular surfaces then I'd use RAAMat over Dynamat or Second Skin stuff any day, it's foil layer is flexible and doesn't get cuts in it like Dynamat and it conforms much easier to corners, bumps, etc.. When I say that RAAMat is messy I'm talking about the butyl layer, its so sticky that black stuff gets all over your hands and the garage so cleanup isn't fun.
