I heard "will shatter windows on other vehicles and the vehicle itself" its open to interpretation, but i think you are probably right as to the intended meeting

unique automotive, etc.. it takes a decent amount of money to start a high end shop like that. you get one good client, if you do a decent job (most stars, etc, know little to nothing about this stuff) it takes off from their.. notice that sadly, it takes very little knowledge
