15" Xxx + Xa3000d

Would i be over powering my 05' 15" XXX by running it at 1ohm with a powerbass XA3000D?

2 ohms would be perfect but 1 ohms might be alittle 2 much.

at 1 ohm. This sub is a d2, so what other whiring options do i have other that 1 ohm?

Thats ur other wiring option.

But isnt the xa3000 overrated a lil so maybe itd be safe at 1ohm,might wanna get a 2nd opinion though.

lol let me tell you this...my powerbass 3000 at 1.4 ohms was only gained at 1/4 and pushed my 18" MT to its limits so i definitely do not reccommend...i mean you can try it and if it doesnt work recone to d4 and run at 2ohms...up to you

oh and ps - its not overrated it was benched at like 3200rms on termpro mine was benched at 2800 something at 12V

Ok, I think ill wire it down to 1ohm. I just wont turn it up all the way. Plus i dont think i am going to be able to get the full power out of the amp anyways with my electrical. I did big 3 with 1/0, and have a stinger 600 batt for an additional battery.

you will be alright with the electrical as long as you dont drive around with it full tilt everywhere....

Perfectly fine. You will never see full power from that amp even playing test tones...
