Eh upon examination of the amp I see that the damage is in several other places also, some of them I can't really reach, i also think that some resistors must be fried, as the signal clears up after you reach a certain output. Based on the difference the repairs I attempted made, I'm pretty much gunna say it's F***ed, It will be ok though, I have another one thats been installed for a while, this one has been sitting for a couple months till i got the chance to look at it (after finals) ...lucky this one was an ebay purchase of $300 I mainly got it because, how was i supposed to pass up a 1000/1 for 300$? Haha well i sure as hell can't imagine another place to mount the amps without it looking like dog shit. certainly cant go under the back seat, at the time I would've gotten W7's back there, but there is literally NO more room... i'm not going to mount the amps on the ceiling. The place they are now is PERFECT for them, the brain for the HU also has to be down there, that means no signal cables have to go more than like 2 feet. not to mention that the ventilation is perfect down there, there is alot of room under the seat, and they aren't on the floor they are on brackets that attach to the floor. so they are about an inch off the floor. I guess i just have to take the chance that no more idiots spill drink's... I mean they shouldn't have gotten hit, it was kinda a freak accident, he had one of those "big gulps" and when he was climbing into the truck he kinda tripped and dumped it in the car what a stupid *****.
