Sometimes the dmm will still read fine because the coil itself is fine. The motor/pole could be shifted. Happens all the time because people try to package things as cheaply as possible and UPS mishandles them as much as possible. The sender needs to file a claim with the delivery company. When you buy used items, make a video recording of yourself opening the package and testing the unit to cover your azz if something ***** up.</p></blockquote><p></p>
