In the rear I was going to go with a 10w7 and a 500/1 to power it. (sealed) My main objective is for quality sound reproduction with tight and accurate bass.  I do want the bass to hit pretty good though so I am wondering if 1 10" will do the job.  Fortunately I am in a place now where I can afford a 1000/1 and 2w7 but I think it may be overkill.(and I really could use that money elswhere) The car is a Audi A4 and has fold down seats that are heavy and solid which I believe will deaden some of the punch of the sub.
