Main thing is i am thinking with new i get the full 3yr warranty and theft warranty (from the dealer). What are your thoughts. i got Zapco amps with plenty of control so the bit extra bells and whistles on the CD8455 arent needed however the price of that new compared to the 8445 new makes it worth the difference, but the great price on the used 8445 is tempting.
