But if sirius is really the only major difference, since both units do e-iserve, then i will just take the 04, as $200 extra for sirius , (well $300, $100 for the tuner too) is not worth it. Let me know if anyone has 8454 specs vs this years second to top model.</p></blockquote><p></p>
