Based on my experience, steer far, far away from JVC. Your mileage may vary, but the one I had was a lemon from the start (kw-hdr81bt). It didn't have the touch screen, but it was a double-DIN with HD and BT (I'm like you, I have to have HD).

Just finished pulling a JVC KW-HDR81BT from my Civic. This thing has been nothing but trouble--slow BT connection, skip/no read on CDs, USB jack died, etc. Plus, it has the most incomprehensible EQ setup I've ever seen. You have to go through about five menu levels that are utterly confusing...
