Does it stop making the popping sound if you apply pressure with your hand/finger tips to the dust cap and or cone? It sounds like you and I could have the same problem.

It doesn't stop the sub from moving, it just stops the popping sound and the sub sounds ok. Dust cap is fully sealed on.
