Hmmm. Okay so I just fixed the wiring. Plugged in new fuses. When I just tapped the negative terminal, it sparked. I've been down this road before....So what could be the problem now? Are there any other possibilities? Once again, thanks for all your help.

HOLY SHIT! I FOUND IT! So my friend did my setup right, I kinda just watched over his shoulder. I figured all the wiring was good, and WTF. The wire running to the positive terminal of the battery is in the Ground hole (? lol) and the ground wire is in the + Battery...hole. Thanks so much for ur...
