Sorted it! the inside sliders on the cd mech had all come off but ive done that now, only problem is now it the front panel openes and closes three time when the disc is loading then sits open and not flush with the unit :S- xsi

All the gears go around fine, for the front panel and the disc unit itself- xsi

Another jensen problem here guys, this one wont take in a cd and it will not eject the motorized front panel just opens,closes and clicks away? Any ideas? Thanks- xsi
