How exactly would you have any easier time making the H2 "pound"? If anything, H2's are harder to get moving because they don't really start moving unless you throw 2,000+ watts at them. Just an example, say if you were using a 1000/1, I'd like to bet a 12W7 would be louder than a 12" H2 because...

I just got this 10" sub for free from my uncle. I couldn't find much info on it other than the power rating and basic stuff. Anybody have experience with these subs? I plan on throwing it in a small ported box in my Explorer.

Great company, they often get overlooked. Customer service is very good and all their products are reliable. They don't get the credit they deserve IMO.

D3 > CVR. D3's have awesome SQ and 2 12's whether sealed or ported should get loud enough for a nice daily driver. While they might not be AS loud as two CVR's, they'll be close and have much better sound quality. D3's are about the same price too.

I'm not sure what configurations the 3004SPL come in but you'd need either a Dual 2 ohm or a Single 4 ohm sub to wire it to 4 ohms.

You could probably pick up 2 12" Powerbass PBX Extreme's for that price. The pair would be great in 4cf ported.

I'm gonna say the install was screwed up. You're not gonna win any SPL competetions with those MClass 10's but they are no slouching subs. 2 10's MClass' should be pretty sufficient as a daily driver. You should try porting them...

I was looking to buy it for Xbox. Looks pretty good, I bet playing it on Live is awesome.
