Hasn't shut off or gone into protect mode. guess that is a good thing, but some strange smells are coming out of it when I turn it up for extended periods. Maybe just breakin smell??? I hope so.

I've got a Kicker ZX700.5 with the primary channels bridged down to 2 channel, providing ~200w to my component set, which is 3ohm res. The puppy gets real hot after awhile. The amp docs specify that it is 4ohm stable when bridged down, but I've heard that these amps can take it. Is anyone here...
