that would be a very tough decision, they are both excelent subs, what size are you loking at, if its 12's i would go rf, if its 15s go eclipse. i dont think eclipse 12's sound as good as their 15's.

yep, all caps do is store power for big bass notes so that the amp doesnt drane your alt with one bass note, they are a waste of money, definately go with a new alt and or yellow top battery!!

i am helping a friend with an install he hs one 15" crossfire bmf dvc and a 1600watt 4 channel amp. is it possible to wire this amp to push the sub with needed power? i thought if i bridged channels 1&2 to one v.c. and bridged channels 3&4 to the other v.c it would work but im not 100%...
