Even being less wattage? (1500/2700 compared to 1000/2000) I'm a kicker lover, yea I said it!

Already have 2 power acoustics 12"s (1500rms/2700peak), and now I have a chance to get 2 kicker solo baric l7 15"s (1000rms/2000peak). I will be running 2 Hifonics Brutus 1700.1 amps. Which subs would be better? And how should I wire them, series or parallel?
