    Rockford HX2 12's > or < Eclipse Aluminum 12's

    I would go with either two punch hx2's or one power hx2. If the box is at least 3 cubic feet, then a power hx2 would sound beautifuly low. Just make sure you have an amp that can handle a 1 Ohm load, cause the power hx2's are 2 Ohm DVC's. I hope that helped.

    Can a car amplifier be used at home?

    I would like to know if I can power my large speakers in my home audio system with a mono sub, car amplifier. If so, how and schmatics would be helpful. Thank you.

    Is the 1000bd stable at 1 ohm?

    All I need to know that is the 1000bd stable at 1 ohm? I have it powering a 2ohm, dual voice coil power hx2 right now. I need to know if it is going to be stable at one ohm in the summer time as well as the winter. Thanks(http://www.geocities.com/virtualbeck/Pics/rfsub.JPG)
