I do have butt connectors. Thankfully, several came with my Stinger kit. However, the wires won't reach. It needs to be extended. So another wire would need to be put in between the two wires inorder for them to connect. And if i'm going to do that, I might as well just solder the wires...

I think the soldering method would be best. I want something permanent and that won't give me trouble in the future. Here is the thing, the wires cannot twist together because there isn't enough length to do so. So what I would need is another wire. What kind of wire would I need?

It is a basslink. It puts out 200w. The wire that I got was 8 gauge. The amp kit could handle up to 300w. I took back the installation kit and will be ordering a different one online for cheaper. I would like to know what the best fuse is and where I can get it?
