    Think about better cooling. Some amps like Rockford T-something or Xtant has build-in cooling fans, so they should be on top of your list. Another choice is to design a cooling solution for any amp - it's not that hard...

    If amps are functioning properly, you can connect all remotes in one. If one of them fails in a particular way (happens with Rockfords) you can have your another amp constantly on draining a battery. Relay/Diodes can be a safer solution. Search for these...

    JL is the most complex amp out of these, design is amazing and so is the sound. However, it may not be as reliable as others on constant abuse (it's what I like lol) Rockford will blew your **** speakers when it fail. That's a design flaw and too stressful for me...

    bench tested used JL 300/4, bad results.

    It's either one of the output FET's leaking/blown or one of 4 driver boards damaged. Do you have DC current in one of the channels?

    Power supply working? Put a power supply fets (75339p?) and rectifiers back in. Power up amp, carefully check voltage on big caps.
