    Does this sound right??

    using your outside measurments with .75 mdf. I get a net of 7.45cu/ft with ports and sub in, a box tune of 31hz, 7.59sq/in of port per cube which is on the low side. me personally I would aim for 14sq/in of port or more per cube.

    Chop mat and resin will build up fast and is pretty strong. Is the box going to have to be built in the car to make the space req?

    some subs are like people and dont play well with others so they should have seperate chambers. iirc you can use to thiele par. to tell if subs will be ok in common chambers. I normally just ask the build company

    you could use fiberglass, then staple some felt to the wood in your box and resin it to make the transition.
