ive got a 15" xxx in a 6 cube ported box tuned to 34 h.z. its hooked to a audiobahn A1500HCQ running at 1.17 ohms. it was meatered @ 151.6 db's with the windows down. so dont tell me that triple x sucks. :nono:
the subs are the eclipse sw6122.4, they handle 170 w rms. i dont know what the amp is, all i know is it pushes around 350 w rms @ 4 ohms. i want both s.q. and s.p.l.
my electrical system will handle 2 of those amps. im running twin 140 amp alternators and twin deep cycle rv batteries. ok if the sub wont handle 2 of those amps then will the amp last if i run it at .3 to get more power. i had it meetered the other day and it hit 151.6 db's.
i have a 15" xxx in a 6 cuf. ported box tuned to 36 hz. its hooked to a audiobahn a1500hcq amp running at 1.7 ohms. could i possibly hook 1 more of those amps to it, and run them both at 1.7 ohms without blowing the sub.
i recently bought some eclipse 12's just the low end ones and hooked them to the smallest zapco 2 channel amp they have to offer. is this a good setup? sould i do sealed or ported? if ported how big should the box be and how big should the ports be.
id go with the brand new pioneer 5 way's. i here that they sound really good. but i just like pioneer. but just like ss3079 said its all personall preference

id say if your goin to mess with a honda id go with 2.5 piping and get a glass pack muffler. you get a deep sound and youd gane more pony's than with a grinder pipe. it would sound a whole hell of a lot better to. but its up to you. its still a honda.
hahahaha ya you should start calling him minnie me. hes always saying things that you do now. will that jbl push all of those. and i think i might have it sold anyway so i dont know.
