Hi guys, I did reset the system (I could not see the reset button earlier, it was so small). There is no difference in the behavior. Today I bought a CD cleaner and I inserted that CD and ran it for a few mins, I know that might not be the issue, but just wanted to give it a try. Thanks -Chinna
