just my 2 cents, have BJ on here (bjfish11) build you one. He built mine, specs listed in my sig, and his work is awesome. Not only is the box built extremely well, but the sub gets fairly loud too.

for comparison, I was on a budget, and everything in my sig. I got for around 600. so yes, with 700 you can do much better than the brands you listed, good luck.

go with moe's plan 2.5 ft^3 @ 32 hz. had BJ make mine and it's flawless. Sub hits pretty nicely.

x2 my 611a has been excellent. Brand new for 199 from Crutchfield, less than a 100 used from eBay.
