It's a 2nd gen 225 HCCA Not explosive I assume But for a 50 watt amp it makes an explosive amount of bass.

Soon I'll be flying up to get my amp and subs, I mean see my family yeah that's it. I'd like to carry the amp back on the plane but I'm worried about the TSA. Has anyone flown with an amp in your luggage? This may not be a problem but I could see how it might be.

I currently have a DEH-7300BT installed. I'll be replacing it with an 80-PRS, do the HUs have the exact same wiring harness? Just unplugging from the old and plugging into the new would be much easier, can I do it?

I know I'm not going to blow them, I'm only running 50 watts from an Eclipse EA2212 I've had since the 90's. The unstiffening is what I was calling breaking in, the lower end will increase after some use. The correct response would be: you don't need to do anything special just play them...

What's the break-in time for the Mirus? Also should I run a higher HPF during break-in? I'm probably going run the HPF around 50 all the time if it doesn't distort, I have no subs.

Thanks for your opinion. I believe the DLS is going to be the best. I had some ID CTX 6s about 10 years ago (I think they are different know) they sounded good but I never had them on an amp so I'm not completely sure. From what I've read the DLSs should be better and I can get them a little...

I'd like to add Morel Tempo coaxials and JBL P662's to the list What do you people think? I want the best my hard earned money can get. I am leaning toward the DLS's tell me why or why not.
