Yeah but snoopdan's rims on the cherokee easily add 12dbs Well I hit a 149.7 (Older TL) in my old setup w/ 2 1208Ts and 2 2300HCXs, but could never get over 150. I am already over 145 with just one 15 and only ~700RMS while playing music on the brand new TL

I dont know what you are asking, but the D9 subs are pretty nasty. I did a system with two sx1250.1s going to two D915s and a custom box and that was loud...and very deep and clean bass.

If you isobaric mount subs, the phase angle comes in very handy. Subsonic is typically used for ported boxes so you dont have the amp producing sound below its tuning frequency, or simply below 20hz as we cannot hear below that anyways, so you would just be wasting power. Low pass is a filter...

I would vote the Orion, the 2500D would last longer and for 600 less than the kickers, I vote hands down 2500D, although they really shine at below 1 ohm operation, they are still great amps.

1211A!!! I abuse my 611A at 1 ohm on a 3K rms sub all day and the amp loves every minute of it. I wouldnt even consider the PG or the Kenwood. The Alpine amps can be a bit finicky and the JBL is a great amp as well.
