I really don't think he started out to scam people. I got my amp back pretty quickly, and it worked, but wasn't quite right. So he said he would fix it again for free, so I sent it back. From then I haven't seen it since.

Yup, he has probably 10's of thousands of dollars worth of other people's amps, and his local police didn't really care from the cops i talked to. Obviously if I were closer, I would have drug his *** in to court. Unfortunately I decided he was too much of a POS to get too worked up over...

I thought I posted it here too, but I guess not. The deputy that I have been working with said most likely nothing will be done (all he could find was my complaint), but if we get everyone who is still waiting to call, then I think they will pursue it. I am pretty sure he is way past $500...

Yup, call the cops. I just got off the phone with them, and 10 minutes later Mike gave me a call. Told him to send it back done or not. We will see what happens. make sure you tell them you want to actually file a complaint, so it is in writing. Brew

Count me in there too. I was pretty much promised it would be done by last weekend, and haven't heard from him since. I will be calling the police again tomorrow to update them on the situation. Still have the court papers sitting here ready to be dropped in the mail, still trying to give...

It most likely won't have a record until today or tomorrow. I am guessing he is setting up the shipment on line which i think you get the tracking number right away, but the package won't be in the system until the carrier picks it up and gets it in their system. But, I will give him credit...
