I really would be out of luck because I'm still questioning the fact that my current box may not fit in the maxima. It'll be a stretch to go bigger unless I had a board cut out (fiber-glassed) for the trunk.

I'm going to add another amp to my subwoofer setup and I was wondering what should I do about the inside sound. I want to be able to hear the music inside as well as the bass in the trunk. Should I add an extra amp for the inside of my car or do i need to get a head unit with more watts?

the reason i thougt of this is because that boss amps cuts off in like 5 ****ing mins, cuz its hot...so i was just going to use it as a "loud button" and run the 2 channel amp to each sub. The mono amp was going to be hooked into my subwoofer output on my hu, which i have a button to cut the sub...

would it be safe to just run each vc of one sub to the 2 channel amp?
