    I dont know how to do the big 3 upgrade and I am not running that much power to warrant it. I have a 100 watt mono amp and a 150 watt or something tiny 4 channel. All my speakers are low rms and so is my subwoofer. Its not a power build. I also dont want to spend my whole weekend self learning...

    I tried your suggestions of re grounding the 4 channel in the trunk to a better point (old ground=sheet metal sanded, new ground= factory ground near tire well with a thicker gauge wire) same problem. No idea what it could be :(((
