Embarrassing as it is, the firmware didn’t take on the first Maestro flash so it wasn’t passing accessory power through. Works now!!

What’s the bare minimum as far as wires needed to be connected to bench test the HU? 12v constant, 12v ACC, and ground? I have a 12VDC power supply in the shop I can bench test it on, since it’s like 12* outside right now =) Thanks for the advice

Well, I was hoping I didn’t have to ask for help, but here we are. Head unit is a DMX1057XR and I can’t seem to get it to power up. I’ve checked what I think are the obvious things and the only thing I can think of is it’s awfully strange I don’t have any voltage at the red ACC wire to the head...

There’s always gotta be one…

Just wanted to introduce myself and say hey. I’ll be changing out my OEM head unit in my Tundra here in the next few weeks and will likely need a little help. It’s been about 20 years since I’ve installed an aftermarket head unit so, this should be a blast 🤣! Thanks for having me!
