Could I bridge each sub across two channels? So have one sub across channel 1 and 2, then the other sub across channels 3 and 4. Then split each rca, so my left channel would go to channel 1 and 2, then my right channel would go to 3 and 4. So then I'd get 190 on each sub.

Since I have 2 4ohm DVC subs bridged with the coils ran in parallel, then my total resistance should be 4 ohms right?

I know what you mean. Gain is more important than people think it is. My gain is set at 0. So, I'll set my sub level at 0 and adjust my gain with a dmm. I didn't adjust it with a multimeter because I didn't know how to, but I'll look it up and do it.

Short please :P And right now, the voice coils are ran in parallel and the subs are ran in series and bridged on the amp. They seem to be running fine right now so I'm not too worried about damaging them. I probably won't change anything, I'll just get a new amp.

I checked and they are 4 ohm dvc. I was wondering if you could explain the whole clipping thing and why I would need a meter?

Okay, well could you tell me how if the subs are 4 ohms and if they are 2 ohms? The manual for my amp says: Max Power at 2ohms is 840 Watts RMS at 4ohms is 80Wx4channels RMS at 2ohms is 95Wx4channels Bridged power is 190Wx2channels
