i dont personally think that it is "Harmful" per se' All it would do, if anything, is reflect the sound in the direction if the hypotenuse (Angled board)... If this is a sub box, then it shouldnt matter wether it is no 90* or not at least that is what seems to make sense to me.

PS: What thickness for plexiglass do you guys suggest? i have 2 10" subs (I dont know what they are because they arent mine... im building the box for a friend.)
