The mini dsp does more than the audiocontol piece and it does it better, it's actually 8 channels versus 6. Other suggestions I would have is ditch the rear speakers or just use the fadder with the stock ones and fade them in when you have passengers in the back. The nvx amp is decent quality...

I would change most of why you are purchasing but this is the most important change you should make, buy https://www.minidsp.com/products/minidsp-in-a-box/c-dsp-6x8-detail instead of your audiocontrol piece. Don't have time to post the rest.

Do you have the mounting tabs or clips or whatever for the 4's?
