Replacement parts are not available so I need a CD source unit replacement. Have 3 Boston amps, Boston SPG555 sub and Rainbow speakers. Someone else did the install and would like a high sound quality unit that would be an easy install to replace the Clarion...thanks!

both companies told me the parts are not in stock and not available.

Sent my unit in for repairs and they stated it needs control board and laser eye. Clarion stated that those parts aren't available and may never be. Any help would be appreciated!

Actually the Dynamat trunk kit is a better deal than the bulk kit. They both have the same size sheets and you get more for the money in the tunk kit. Get the extreme though.

I installed the 10 farad Stinger cap and it solved the headlight problem. I now have no headlight dimming with the bass hits (even with the headlights on high beam). I'm still installing the Ohio Generator alternator though when it comes in. Any comments?

Oh I know that...............just wanted to find someone who has actually used one of these new Stinger caps. Oh and thanks for your reply!

I don't know, but there must be a reason that Stinger makes these. Why are people paying $500 retail for these units when they serve no purpose?

OK, I just ordered the alternator from Ohio Generators. Did some searching here and it seems that people don't think capacitors serve any purpose. But does anyone have experience with these new 10 farad hybrid capacitors from Stinger?
