Got it... duh I feel stupid. The Input Sens. was all the way down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yeah now i got some bumpty bump. Thanks guys.

I just installed a JL Class D 500/1 just powering one 10 W3D4. I was running some hand me down amp just barely and it was louder! I can not figure out how to tune it correctly. I've got a line converter on the head unit signal... everything is wired correctly. Just not nearly as loud as I know...
