    The speaker was taken from a old surround sound system...from the woofer box..if u know what i mean...the only thing i know about it was that the bass was great out of it when it was a surround sound thing....all it says on the speaker is 60w-80w and 8ohms...i just want to stick it in a box that...

    i like the L port idea ..easier to build i think...but the website wants me to enter the width and length etc...im not sure what i need...something to suit the 8in speaker...u know?internal vol and all that..can i just say my speaker size and let it do the calculations....any ideas..
