MDF is a supluss in my house so 3/4 MDf is what I use.....I did put a few more ports in the B chamber and one more in the A chamber all 1 1/2 so that makes one 3" and 3 1.5" in th B chamber and 3 1.5" in the A chamber. ....took it to the truck and hooked it up...sounds decent but there is ALOT...

The reason im not worried about the 15 is because I have an eclipse 12 TI that I baby the HELL out of and dont have room for the 15 and the 12 in my truck(im trying to convince my wife to put a system in her SUV but she's not having it) so the 15 is expendable in my eyes...

Thank you very much for the info.....so far I have very little cash into this enclosure and am not worried about the 15 I have in there...I was given the 15 about 10 years ago and have been slamming it since then. .....im just wanting to try building enclosures...thats it....what would you...

WWelp...8th order didnt work out as planned. ...mids and highs(70hz and up) were very loud but lows were awful. ...a few more ports on the b chamber and we will see how she is as a 6th order....by the way...the wife was in the house when I put the box in the truck(as much as I could)....she said...

So I got the 8th order together. ...not sealed yet....just screwed together...but couldn't help myself at hooking it up.....all I have to say is HOLY **** IS THIS THING LOUD!!!!....sealing tomorrow and ill see how she is on Monday
