Memphis 16-PRD1000.1 is the way to go. i had 2 in my 93 tbird. i hookd up 1 per kicker L5. sounded amazing!!! battery died all the time, then alternator finally went. they pull serious power, and are strong as ****, so i suggest if u get then, that will put u at about $800, buy 1 or 2 yellow top...

i think if u want a cool/loud *** system, go out and get a 10, 12, or 15 inch juggernaut, buy another kenwood amp, daisy chain them 2gether to double your power, and just run the 1 sub. the 15 with only 1000 watts rms will hit 149.8 decibals in a mercury marquis

where is the battery located? like what state? i will buy it because i just blew my altornator because of my system. i need a separate battery.

2 things first, are you able to hook up the subwoofer infront of me if i came down 2 by it, and does it have a box that comes with it? if it really works, i promise on everything, i will fly down from ohio and pick it up. ive been looking for this sub for the longest time. also, is it the 1400wrms?
