so you have ddr memory and your motherboard supports dual channel. do you have both sticks in bank one? for instance on my motherboard the 2 connectors that comprise bank one are not physicaly next to one another (conn 1, bank 1; conn 2, bank 2; conn 3, bank 1; conn 4, bank 2)

try a ground loop isolator. fyi a healthy alternator makes noise. problems arise when audio components are poorly designed for a car, such as having poor isolation.

yes, fuse the power wire for the batcap.

how loud is the noise? can you hear it from your seat or do you have to put your ear up to the speaker?

how did you do set the sensitivity of your amps? did you use a test tone cd and a dmm or o-scope?

the battery does not charge unless the alternator is supplying at least 12.6+ volts. the alternator supplies power when the engine is running. if you experience significant headlight dimming your alternator is inadequate and you need a bigger one.
