found some mb quart 2-way (DKG116 ) speakers at a good price. around 70 a pair. is it worth spending about 140-150 for two pairs, or would I be better off spending another 150 for a descent low-end component system. On the other hand, am I spending too much for 2way speakers because of a name...

I'm with UCF... the mounting depth is 6.9". Also, while the 10w6v2 isn't considered a monster in the SPL department.... it can cause some flexing.
