what are the dimensions on the box?

i am in the same situation here, is the ia 40.1 rated at 12v? also how does this amp compare to the sundwn 3500?

the thing that bothers me about the jl is that its draws alot of power and its only rated at 1000 watts, is that enough power to push these subs to their real capabilities? and how would 2 jl 1000/1 stand up against 1 atomic 5000.1?
