ok I have a kenwood 4 channel amp now, and Im about to buy the mrp-m1000 alpine 1000 watt mono amp. which sub would you guys recommend, the alpine SWX-1243D 12 inch sub or the alpine SWR-1243D? the difference in price is $140, is the SWX worth the extra $140?

thanks, looks like I will either have to get a less powerful sub or save more money to get the 4 channel and mono amps

the alpine swx-1243d 12 inch sub is dual voice coil @ 4 ohms. would a 4 channel amp producing 200 watt rms per channel @ 2 ohms work well?
