the biggest they make is a 4500,1 that won't come close to the Taramps 8000.1, and the taramps is cheaper. if I do a korean amp it'll be orion

LOL, when I did DB drag, I blew a woofer and pulled all 4 (to swap out) and we decided to plug a good one to the wall and believe it or not, it took a good 30 seconds to smoke it..

I did DB drag back in 06-07 so I like to go past the normal limits, this build is my first in years that isn't tuned to 60hz. that's why I'm over thinking this box design.

seen tons of test, they test it at 12v.  for the 2700 rating. dynamic it always does over 5k @1ohm but if i'm not happy with it i'll get the HCCA 3000. I know it'll do more than 5k

Orion xtr 2500.1 but it'll do 5000 all day on music, what would recommend for port area ? think 110 sq inches would get loud

not a lot, take alt. bracket off put alt in with 1 bolt and you can see how much, and where. then just grind til the other bolt goes in. took me about 10 minutes with a grinder and flapper disc.

you can get an 160 amp from a 2001-2003 Dodge Durango/Ram 5.9L  you have to grind on your alt. bracket for it to fit. this is what I run got mine at a pick n pull off a 2002 durango
