they are 7"11\16" I have two. just turned them on this week still testing. I have them in sealed enclosers down firing in a ext cab sierra pickup. to me they get plenty loud for me. now i have to dynamat my roof, doors, and back of cab. I am running them with a punch p6001bd at 2ohms...

I am headed to the stereo shop tonight to have them look at why the FM tuner sounds the way it does. I know that the radio stations **** here in Pittsburgh, PA but my stock head unit didn't sound this bad.

If you do not want to run the radio off the ignition then tie the red wire to the Yellow wire and take the yellow to the battery or power source. Now you have to remember to shut it off or it will kill your battery and any external amp will still be on too unless you shut off your HU. running...

will a p6001bd RF be enough to get desent sound out of 2 alpine type r 12's at 2ohms. that would be 600watts rms at 2ohms? they can take more but that is the way i can go right now. sealed enclosure .9 cube for each sub

is there any benifit to running 4ohms over 2ohms or vise versa?

How do you guys feel about the higher end RF or alpine? Like T1122D RF or SWR-1222D. was planning on running them at 2ohms. This brings up another question which dual 4's or dual 2's voice coils?
