    I was looking to ground my 1600W hifonics to my hatch latch in my grand cherokee. I have discovered that there is a magnetic source somewhere in the latch. Will this effect my ground at all?

    can't find any air leaks. dual vc wired in sieres, subs wired in parallel. form 2x2 ohm to a 2 ohm load. the box i bought ended up being 1/2" mdf ... f'n jerks!! i need to read more, but i just wanted something cheap as this set up is only temporary. i dont know if that has anything to do...

    ok, same install on both subs. type r 10's. one sounds a lot more punchy especially on the higher frequency stuff. it also appears that same sub might be traveling a little futher on hard hits. it just sounds like crap! am i screwed?

    got everything running and sounded great. when i put the subs in, i lost thread on two screws, but had to run so i just left it at that and threw it in the car. after a couple hours of operation one sub sounds like crap, almost as if it is bottoming out. sound like what will happen?

    I bought some real cheap boxes just to get my subs in my car as i wont get fiberglassing done for a long while. well, there is way too much volume in the boxes (sealed) and i was wondering if anyone had any ideas for taking up this volume ... please something that wont roll around and damage...
