I would really like to sell them together if possible, but, if i get a good offer i would sell the pieces separately. 300 shipped for the 12w7 is less than i want to let it go for, especially considering the shipping will be high due to the weight...plus, the sub is in essentially perfect...

I'm currently selling one 12w7 @ 3 ohms in a custom box to exact jl 12w7 specifications, and a Phoenix Gold Xenon 1200.1. The amp's birth certificate rates it at over 1300w RMS at all 4 impotences. I still have the box and paper work for the amp, but do not for the sub. I have been running them...
